What we do

Most of what we build is one of two things: a mobile app with the services behind it, or software that makes a clinic's day run properly. Both start with a written scope, a price and a date. Both end with us still reading the support inbox a year later.

Product strategy and design

We start by writing down what the product has to prove and for whom. Research, flows, interface design and a working prototype come before a line of production code.

Mobile apps

Native-quality apps for iOS and Android from one codebase. Subscriptions, sign-in, camera features, offline use and store submission are part of the build, not extras.

Web platforms and APIs

The services behind the screen: APIs, data models, admin tools and the cloud infrastructure they run on. Built to be observable, inexpensive to run and straightforward to hand over.

Data and applied AI

Computer vision, search and language models, used where they measurably improve the product. Every model-driven feature ships with a benchmark, a budget and a fallback.

Security and privacy engineering

Least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, secrets kept out of clients, and telemetry that collects only what it names. Privacy is a design input, not a review step.

Operations and support

We run what we ship. Monitoring, incident response, dependency updates, store compliance changes and user support continue after launch.

We publish our own software, too. A collector's tool for trading cards. Point a phone at a card to identify the exact printing, see what it is worth, estimate a grade, and keep a running value for the whole binder.

04 Working together

What working with us is like.

No lock-in, no surprise invoices, and a written scope before anything starts.

    A written scope before anything starts

    We write down what we are building, what it costs and when it lands, and you approve it before work begins. When the scope changes we re-price it in writing rather than absorbing it quietly and running late.

  2. 2 / 4

    You own all of it

    Code, designs, cloud projects and store listings are yours from the first commit. At the end of an engagement we hand over the repositories and the accounts, with the documentation needed to run them without us.

  3. 3 / 4

    Published under your name or ours

    Apps can ship from your Apple and Google developer accounts, or from Base One LLC while yours are being set up. Either way you get the listing, the privacy policy and a support address that reaches a person.

    We are still here after launch

    Launch is the midpoint. Monitoring, updates, dependency patches, store policy changes and user support run on a monthly agreement, so you are not left holding a codebase nobody knows.
